4. DAAN Liability

DAAN's liability is $0 for all donation-related issues.

DAAN is NOT responsible for:

  • Fraudulent requests or false claims made by users.
  • The quality, condition, safety, or legality of items donated.
  • Donations not arriving at their destination or being misused by recipients.
  • Any disputes, injuries, or losses resulting from user interactions.
  • The verification of donor or recipient identities.

5. Prohibited Activities

You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Creating false or misleading donation requests.
  • Impersonating individuals or organizations in need.
  • Donating stolen, counterfeit, or illegal items.
  • Engaging in any form of fraud, deception, or exploitation.
  • Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users of the platform.

6. Consequences of Violation

Violating these terms may result in:

  • A permanent ban from using the Daan platform.
